Refund policy

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases on personalised products so please ensure you choose carefully before ordering. This includes incorrect date, spelling errors or incorrect sizing submitted by you at the time of purchase.

Non personalised products can be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Note that postage fees are non refundable. Return postage cost to be borne by the customer. Items must be returned in original condition, including any branded packaging, within 14 days of receipt of goods. Contact us on hello@alexalane.com.au including your order # to arrange a return. (excludes sale items)

If your goods are damaged or defective in any way on delivery, please contact us hello@alexalane.com.au as soon as possible to arrange a suitable remedy, exchange or refund within 3 days of delivery. Your email to us must disclose the fault in the item, demonstrates a failure, must include photographic evidence, and must supply proof of purchase (order number).

Postage cost to return the product shall be covered by the you the customer.

In the event that the item to be replaced has sold out and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued on the original purchase price.
